Background
Trinity International LLP (“Trinity”) is a London based law firm specialising in project finance and corporate law in emerging markets.
Due to growth and a plan to share new premises with US law firm, Nixon Peabody LLP (“Nixon Peabody”), Trinity were looking for new premises which could be transformed into independent office space for both companies with shared meeting rooms.
Planning
V3’s design team met Trinity at a range of potential new premises to establish their ideas and requirements. This included measuring, surveying and creating space plans to help find the most effective location.
Subsequent client meetings and revised plans helped to clarify the most workable layout for Trinity and Nixon Peabody. This resulted in taking office space alongside the Old Bailey, EC4.
On finalisation of layouts, V3 produced a detailed design and specification plan. The specification also included a detailed pricing structure with options on fixed prices to move forward with.

Pre Contract
Prior to works V3 dealt with the Local Authority (Building Regulations) and necessary meetings/paper work for Landlord approval.
Works
All works were completed within the 6 week proposed schedule and to budget.
The new offices comprised all the key features Trinity were looking for -separate office space for both law firms with cellular offices for the staff and partners. Shared meeting rooms were created with a tea point facility and shower room.
“The V3 team provided a professional service from inception to completion and showed creativity and flexibility. We have used V3 subsequently and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”
